1. Overview of Services
The Site and Service, including all features, functionalities, the website, user interfaces, and associated content and software (collectively referred to as the "Topflowview Service" or "Service"), are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in this document, referred to as the Terms of Use (the "Terms"), along with any other agreements or documents referenced herein, including any future amendments (together, the "Agreement").
By accessing or using the Site and/or Service, whether as a Member User, a recipient of an email from a registered user, or any other user of topflowview.com ("you" or "your"), you accept and agree to the terms of the Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Streamify LTD (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the entity that owns and operates the topflowview.com website.
Streamify LTD is registered at Parthenonos 16, 1105 Nicosia, Cyprus, and operates in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact us directly. If you do not agree to these Terms or any part of the Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Site and Service.
2. User Agreement
No contract or agreement is established, and you have no rights to the Service, unless and until the Company, the owner of topflowview.com, agrees to provide you with the Service. Topflowview.com reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated terms on the Site or notifying you through other means.
If you continue to use the Site and/or the Service after the Company posts or notifies you of such amendments or modifications, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended or modified terms, you must stop using the Site and the Service immediately.
We also reserve the right to refuse any application to use the Service for any reason.
3. Licensing and Content Usage
License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the topflowview.com Services, including accessing and viewing the Content on a streaming-only basis through the Site, for personal, non-commercial purposes, as outlined in these Terms. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes to how we operate the Service without prior notice. Any description of how our Service functions should not be interpreted as a representation or obligation regarding its future operation. As we continually make adjustments to our Service, these changes may not always be immediately reflected in these Terms of Use.
The Content
You are permitted to access and view the Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not, either directly or indirectly through the use of any device, software, website, web-based service, or other means, remove, alter, bypass, avoid, interfere with, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Content, or any digital rights management systems, devices, or other content protection or access control measures, including geo-filtering mechanisms.
- Copying, downloading, reproducing, duplicating, archiving, distributing, uploading, publishing, modifying, broadcasting, performing, displaying, selling, transmitting, or retransmitting the Content, unless expressly authorized by topflowview.com or the Company.
- Incorporating the Content into, or retransmitting it via, any hardware or software application, or making it available through frames or in-line links, unless expressly permitted by topflowview.com.
- Creating, recreating, distributing, or advertising an index of any significant portion of the Content without the authorization of topflowview.com.
- Building a business that utilizes the Content, whether for profit or otherwise.
The Content covered by these restrictions includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, layout, interfaces, logos, photographs, audio and video materials, and still images. Additionally, you are strictly prohibited from creating derivative works or materials based on the Content, such as montages, mash-ups, wallpapers, desktop themes, greeting cards, and merchandise, unless expressly permitted by topflowview.com. This prohibition applies even if such derivative works are distributed free of charge.
Availability
The availability of the Content may vary periodically and across different countries. The quality of the Content display may also differ based on your device, location, bandwidth, and internet connection speed. The Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the quality of your viewing experience on your device.
Geographic Limitation
You may stream Content through topflowview.com only in geographic locations where our service is available and where we have the necessary licenses for the Content. The availability of specific Content may differ depending on your geographic location. We use technologies to verify your location and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
4. Customer Support
To use the Services, any device you wish to use must meet the minimum requirements set by the Site, including an internet connection, a web browser, JavaScript, Shockwave, and Flash.
Support Services are provided only during the Company’s regular business hours, excluding weekends and company-recognized holidays. We reserve the right to determine the timing and method of providing Support Services, which may include email communication via support@topflowview.com.
To access Support Services, you may need to purchase additional or alternative equipment or services from third parties. The Company is not obligated to provide assistance, support, maintenance, or any other services beyond those defined as Support Services. If we, at our sole discretion, agree to provide additional services, such services will be subject to these Terms.
5. Pricing and Payments
All registrations for topflowview.com Premium accounts are subject to a subscription payment model.
The Company, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for any inconveniences or damages caused by the use of a particular Payment Method, including delays or the inability to process a payment. In such cases, you should direct any complaints regarding those services to their respective providers, following their terms and conditions.
If a payment is not accepted due to reasons attributable to us, please contact us at support@topflowview.com for assistance.
By accepting these Terms of Use, you confirm that all payments made will come from legitimate sources.
Internet Access Charges
You are solely responsible for any costs associated with accessing the internet.
Billing Policy
The following payment options are currently available. Once a customer selects a payment option, it will remain in effect until canceled. New payment options may be introduced, and existing payment options may be discontinued for new customers at any time.
- 0.00 €/GBP for 7 days of access. After the trial period, this converts to a recurring monthly membership subscription at 39.99 €/GBP until canceled.
Refund Policy
It is important to note that the Company reserves the right to decline refund requests for various reasons, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- You may request a refund within a 14-day period after subscribing, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Products or services that have been used or consumed.
- Non-compliance with our terms and conditions of sale.
- Engagement in fraudulent activity or misuse of our refund policy.
- Refund requests made after the specified time frame.
If a refund is approved, please note that it may take up to 20 working days for the refund to appear on the User's credit card statement.
Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at 39.99 €/GBP per month, using the credit card you provided.
6. Termination and Cancellation
Subscription Cancellation
The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time, starting from the moment of registration. If the user cancels the subscription during the trial period, the account will be canceled at no additional cost. If the user cancels the subscription after the regular billing has begun, the subscription will be canceled immediately, and the account will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

Membership Policy
1.1 Subscription Terms
By subscribing to our services, you agree to a recurring monthly membership fee of 39.99 €/GBP. Your subscription will automatically renew each month using the credit card provided during your initial purchase. To ensure uninterrupted service, you authorize us to charge your card every month unless you cancel your membership.
1.2 Free Trial
Upon subscribing, you are entitled to a 7-day free trial period. The trial begins immediately after you subscribe, and you will not be charged during this period. After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew every month at the standard rate. If you do not wish to continue your membership, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid any charges.
1.3 Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@topflowview.com or by calling us at our phone number. If you cancel before the end of the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged for the subscription. Alternatively, you can also unsubscribe directly through our support center on our website.
1.4 Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will renew monthly, and the recurring fee will be automatically charged to your credit card. If the payment fails, your access to the services may be temporarily suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
1.5 Account Management
You can manage your subscription through your account on our website. For any changes or issues, our customer support team is available at support@topflowview.com and will be happy to assist you.
1.6 Membership Rights and Responsibilities
As a member, you are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date and ensuring that payments are made on time. By subscribing, you also agree to adhere to our terms and conditions of service.
Cancellation Policy
2.1 Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions will automatically renew every month at a rate of 39.99 €/GBP, using the credit card provided during your initial purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@topflowview.com, or by unsubscribing directly through our support center on our website.
2.2 Free Trial Cancellation
A 7-day free trial period is available upon subscription. The trial starts immediately after subscription, and you will not be charged during this period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the 7-day trial ends. If you do not cancel within this time frame, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate.
2.3 Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of being charged for the subscription. Requests for refunds submitted after this period will not be eligible. Refunds will only be processed for the original purchaser and will be credited solely to the credit card used for the initial transaction. Third-party refund requests will not be accepted.
2.4 Refund Process
To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at support@topflowview.com or contact us by phone. We will evaluate your request and inform you of the decision. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 20 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
2.5 Company's Right to Refuse Refunds
The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:
- Products or services have been used or consumed.
- Violation of the terms and conditions of sale.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the refund policy.
- Refund requests made after the designated time frame.

Service Termination
Except as outlined below, you acknowledge that we have the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise terminate the Service or the Agreement, whether temporarily or permanently, at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you. This includes, but is not limited to, termination or suspension of your access to the Service due to inactivity, failure to pay account fees within the designated time frame, registering multiple free accounts, using multiple free accounts, conducting maintenance on the Site or providing Support Services, violating any rules on the Site or in these Terms, or engaging in actions not covered by these Terms.
If you are a Paid User and you have not violated the terms and conditions, any significant modification that negatively impacts the Service, or any suspension, discontinuation, or termination of the Service or Agreement, will only take effect at the end of your current service term.
However, if we make a material modification that negatively impacts the Service or suspend, discontinue, or terminate the Service or Agreement, we may offer a refund for the prorated portion of the fees you have paid for the remaining term of the Service. Continuing to use the Service after such modifications or suspensions means that you agree to waive any claims for a refund of fees.
Other Remedies
In addition to, or as an alternative to, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Site and/or the Service, we may take any action we deem necessary or convenient, at our sole discretion, if you breach the Agreement. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, suspending your access to the Site and/or the Service, blocking your IP address, or employing any other technical or legal measures available to the Company to address the breach.
Effect of Termination
Upon the expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Site and/or the Service, your right to access and use the Site and/or the Service will immediately cease. You will no longer have access to your account, files, or any other content within your account, though residual copies may be retained in our system at our discretion.
Any suspension, termination, or cancellation of the Service will not affect your obligations to us under these Terms of Use. This includes, but is not limited to, obligations related to proprietary rights and ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability, all of which are intended to survive the suspension, termination, or cancellation.
12. Attempts to do any of the above.
Additionally, you undertake that:
- You will watch the Content for personal, private use only and not for any commercial purpose, either directly or indirectly.
- You will not, nor will you encourage or assist others in copying, reproducing, lending, renting, broadcasting, distributing, or transmitting any Content.
- You will not, nor will you encourage or assist others in circumventing, modifying, removing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, altering, or tampering with any security, encryption, or rights management technology that is part of the Content or how we distribute the Content to you.
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm your understanding of these restrictions and your commitment to adhere to them while using the topflowview.com Services.
8. Service Suspension or Termination
While we strive to prevent disruptions, we may, at our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue – either temporarily or permanently – some or all of the topflowview.com Services (including Content and the devices through which the Services are accessed) for any or all users, at any time, without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services. However, in certain circumstances, we may choose to provide a credit, refund, discount, or another form of compensation, such as adding additional service days to your account. If your account is terminated or access to the Services is suspended or discontinued due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible for any credit, refund, or compensation.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All Content is owned by us (or our affiliates and/or third-party licensors, as applicable), unless otherwise specified. These materials may only be used as permitted under these Terms and any other relevant terms and conditions provided to you, and cannot be used without our prior written consent.
You acknowledge and agree that some Content provided to you may be the property of third-party licensors. Without limiting any other rights or remedies available, each of these licensors has the right to enforce the relevant provisions of these Terms directly against you.
10. Trademarks
Topflowview.com, the topflowview.com logo, and all other topflowview.com products or service marks are trademarks of our company. All other trademarks, logos, images, product names, and company names displayed or referred to on the Website or any Device are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use, modify, or remove such materials.
11. Force Majeure Events
The Company will not be liable to you for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events may include but are not limited to denial-of-service attacks, strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental actions, labor conditions, earthquakes, material shortages, internet failures, extraordinary connectivity issues experienced by major telecommunications providers unrelated to the Company's infrastructure or connectivity to the internet, or failure at the Company's co-location facility (each a "Force Majeure Event"). Upon the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, the Company will be excused from further performance of its obligations affected by the Force Majeure Event for as long as the event continues, and for such additional period as the Company may reasonably require to recover from the effects of such Force Majeure Event.
12. Warranty Disclaimers
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the site and/or the service is at your sole risk. The Company and its suppliers provide the service "as is" and without any warranty or condition of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title, and non-infringement. The Company makes no warranty that the site or the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, properly stored or delivered, accurate, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations. Any material transmitted or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the transmission of any such material.
13. Applicable Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or otherwise relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application to these Terms and Conditions. The parties hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and Parliamentary courts of Cyprus. The exclusive venue for any litigation or arbitration permitted under this Agreement shall be with Cyprus Law.
14. Intellectual Property Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts of users who infringe on these rights, as outlined in our terms. This Copyright Policy may be updated at any time, with changes posted on our website.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission, please contact our Copyright Agent with:
- A signature (electronic or physical) of the authorized representative.
- A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property in question.
- Details on the infringing material and its location on our site.
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our Copyright Agent can be reached via email or at our physical address. We reserve the right to remove infringing content at our discretion, with or without a formal notice. If we receive a valid copyright notice, we will promptly remove or restrict access to the content unless we determine it is not infringing. We will also make reasonable efforts to notify the user responsible for the content.
15. Content Removal Policy
Individuals or entities claiming ownership of intellectual property displayed on our website may request its removal. Requests can be submitted via email, phone, in writing, or verbally.
To process a removal request, the requester should:
- Identify their role and relationship to the content.
- Specify the exact content they wish to remove.
